Make Work Fair: Designing for Equity in the Public Sector
Join us for an engaging and insightful morning exploring how to embed gender equity into the public sector through evidence-based design.
Our keynote speaker, Siri Chilazi, is a senior researcher at the Women and Public Policy Program at Harvard Kennedy School and coauthor of Make Work Fair: Data-Driven Design for Real Results. Siri is globally recognized for her work helping organizations close gender gaps by de-biasing systems and designing fairer processes.
Following the keynote, a panel of public sector leaders will unpack how to turn equity from aspiration into action. Together, the panel will explore:
- How to take a data-driven approach to equality in the public sector
- How to make equity initiatives stick
- How to influence cultural change that makes equity the norm
This event is ideal for public sector professionals, policy makers, and anyone committed to building inclusive systems that deliver real results.
